Rezinate is running a 3 hour workshop on the Medicine Wheel and how to use this wisdom in your everyday life. Whether you want to open up your gifts, discover the powerful lessons life is delivering you, or you simply need to find that extra "inner fire" to overcome a difficult life experience, the Medicine Wheel will open up your eyes to the cycles of the universe.The workshop covers aspects such as:-
- The four directions of the medicine wheel (north, east, south & west) and the different cycles
- The elements and emotions associated with the wheel
- Using the wheel to understand your life lessons and struggles
- Working with the totem animals in your life at present
- How to move your life forward on the medicine wheel
- How to set up a Medicine Wheel and walk the path of great spirit
The workshop involves a physical trip into a Medicine Wheel, a brief meditation, an interactive lesson to work on your own current life cycles and some theory behind the power and magic of the wheel.
